Affiliate & lead disclosure

Some pages may, in future, contain affiliate links (for example to renovation-loan comparison partners via Involve Asia, or home-item retailers) or a form that refers you to a renovation-firm matching service such as Qanvast. If you apply, buy or request a quote through them we may earn a commission or referral fee at no extra cost to you. This is a common way independent sites fund their work.

What this does not change

Affiliate or referral relationships never change the cost ranges, rules or firm guidance we show \u2014 those always come from official or published sources with an "as of" date. We do not recommend a specific firm or loan product.

Your data on any lead form

Any future firm-referral form will ask for your explicit consent before sharing your details with a third party, and will state clearly which service receives them, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You will always be able to decline.

Current status

We are not currently running any affiliate or lead-referral links. When we add them, affected pages will carry a visible disclosure, in line with the Singapore Advertising Standards Authority (ASAS) guidelines.
